All payments made for our services are non-refundable, and we require all project details at the time of booking. Failure to provide necessary information may result in a late fee and delay in the draft presentation of your project. if you do not have a design concept and need assistance please book a business or branding consultation.
Please note that our turnaround time varies for each service and can take 7-14 business days, depending on the type of project. We offer three free revisions with every design, but any additional edits will incur a $20 fee per change.
If you decide to change your design concept during the draft or revision stage, you will be charged an additional service. We require a deposit of half of the design fee at the time of booking, and all remaining fees must be paid before the final delivery of your design.
Upon receiving your design draft, you will have 48 hours to respond. Failure to do so will result in a delay in the project deadline and an additional fee.

To proceed with booking a service, complete the inquiry form on the work with us page. Once completed, we will schedule a consultation call to discuss the scope of work for your project. Once we have both agreed to proceed, an invoice, payment link, and contract will be sent. It will contain details of project along with estimated timeframe for project to be completed.
