Q: What services do you offer?

Q: How much do your services cost?

A: Our prices vary depending on the type and scope of the project. Please contact us for a quote by completing inquiry form

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: Our turnaround time varies depending on the type and scope of the project. We will provide you with an estimated timeline before beginning work. Normally the timeframe can vary between 7-14 days. A rush fee of $100 applies for all projects on a tight deadline. 

Q: How many revisions do I get?

A: All of our designs include up to three free revisions. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.

Q: What if I don't like the initial design?

A: We work closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction. If you don't like the initial design, we will work with you to make the necessary revisions until you are completely happy with the final product. Please be advised there can be additional charges beyond the 3rd revisions

Q: How do I pay for your services?

A: We require a deposit of half of the fee for the project at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before we deliver the final design. A payment link along with invoice and contract will be sent once consultation is complete.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: All payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your project, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
