Delivered file format in SVG, PNG, & PDF for usage on white or black background. Once payment is completed, we will schedule a call within 48 hours to go over design concept and strategy, deadline, and any questions client may have regarding logo. Turnover is 14-21 business days from the agreed start date of work.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be sent 48 hours prior to scheduled bookings. Please send all cancellations to requests to idea@konceptsbykim.com. We have a no refunds policy, but we do offer the option to reschedule your booking.
